EP205 V is a professional-grade, two-component, 100% solids epoxy moisture vapor barrier engineered to reduce moisture-related flooring failures in concrete substrates. Designed for indoor horizontal concrete surfaces, it helps control moisture vapor emissions up to 20 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. per 24 hours, making it an ideal solution before the installation of epoxy coatings, vinyl, tile, wood flooring, carpet, terrazzo, cementitious overlays, and other flooring systems.

This low-viscosity epoxy penetrates and bonds strongly to properly prepared concrete, creating a durable, seamless barrier that meets ASTM F3010 requirements for moisture mitigation. EP205 V offers excellent adhesion, zero VOC content, and a clear finish that can be top-coated with a variety of flooring and coating systems. With a recoat window of 12–16 hours and long-term moisture protection, it helps improve floor system performance while reducing the risk of delamination, blistering, and other moisture-related issues.
